Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a Program Manager (PM) - Integrator to support program management activities within the Raytheon Vision System (RVS) Tactical Products (SSBU). Onsite work location: Goleta, CA What You Will Do + Assist program managers with the daily program cadence (battle rhythm) such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), failure review boards and product development reviews \ + Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and deliverables to ensure compliance with contract requirements, Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Corporate and Business policies and procedure + Integrate cross functional activities required to meet contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance for assigned program(s) + D evelop program-enhancing partnerships with internal customers and functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions + Act as liaison between internal partners and cross functional IPT members to document, coordinate and complete; action items, program/contract status reviews, technical interchange meetings, onsite visits etc + Review/summarize complex issues and create review packages/work products for leadership review. Communicate/present findings and recommendations to partners and leadership as required + S upport domestic and international travel as needed Qualifications You Must Have + Bachelor’s degree in a related field + Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (such as program or project management, cost accounting, IPT, etc) + Experience supporting cross-functional teams + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources + The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance is required . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
