Program Manager IV—Managed Care-Finance

Value based reimbursement continues to drive healthcare reimbursement priorities. Caregiver will have an opportunity to work with both clinical and non-clinical areas of Cleveland Clinic and will have a true team of teams' environment to build relationships and influence substantial number of stakeholders and lead a major payer’s value-based contract performance. This position reports to the Director of Value Based Performance. The culture is supportive and nurturing for learning the value-based performance area with steep learning curve. 

Remote in NE Ohio-In office twice per month.  

A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am—5:00pm. 

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Develop, maintain, manage, and implement operational systems and activities.  

Serve as a liaison with all levels of Cleveland Clinic and the outside community.  

Manage multiple projects and priorities.  

Serve as a coach and mentor for other caregivers.  

Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.  

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field and six years of related experience OR a master’s degree and five years of related experience. 

Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research, and business plan development.  

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Healthcare experience.

Work Experience:

Minimum of six years of related experience; healthcare setting preferred.

Offset:  Master’s degree and five years of experience.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
