Our client, a leading Financial Services firm, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Enterprise Change and Technology (ECT) team, supporting cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to lead Agile teams. These qualities will align successfully with the organization’s focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and high-performance teamwork
**Job Title:** Program Manager
**Location:** Jersey City, NJ – Hybrid 3X
**Pay Range:** Based on experience
**What’s the Job?**
1. Manage project deliverables across the ECT portfolio, working closely with CIO, COO, and MD-level business stakeholders.
2. Produce materials that effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management.
3. Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
4. Manage program risks, dependencies, and compliance to standards, while maintaining clear visibility into project health.
5. Enable continuous improvement within the team and empower the team to become self-managing and cross-functional.
**What’s Needed?**
1. 5+ years of experience in Project Management, leading, tracking, and reporting on projects.
2. Strong understanding of Lean/Agile project management and Solution Delivery Methodology (SDM).
3. Experience in coaching Agile teams, guiding Scrum practices, and facilitating dependency management.
4. Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in senior management reporting.
