Summary\n

Reporting to the VP of Business Transformation, the primary focus of the Program Manager Lead is to ensure the success of enterprise-wide ERP, PLM, and CPQ implementation, oversee internal business project management, and manage adoption and communication. This individual will lead change management initiatives, execute project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks. The Program Manager will play a critical role in aligning with and reporting to senior leadership, including EVP, RVP, C-suite, and Board of Directors, while possessing strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.\n

Responsibilities\n
\n

Program management:\n\nLead the successful program management across several business-led IT projects (PLM, ERP, CPQ, CX implementation projects) across corporate and multiple plant locations.\nManage change and adoption initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.\nDevelop and execute detailed project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT and Business projects across multiple manufacturing facilities\nRegularly update and align with senior leadership, including EVP, RVP, C-suite, and Board of Directors.\nProvide comprehensive reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.\n\n

Training and Communication:\n\nLead adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working across multiple plants transitioning from legacy systems\nLead design and delivery of training programs to ensure effective adoption of new systems and processes.\nDevelop communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.\nCreate training materials and documentation to support ongoing education and development.\n\n

Oversight of Internal Business Project Management:\n\nOversee the management of various internal business projects, including PLM, PFA, Oracle implementation, and CX projects.\nEnsure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.\nMonitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary.\nDevelop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for Champion's PLM implementation across all facilities.\nDrive program objectives, operationalize launch plans, and manage implementation activities across diverse stakeholder groups.\nScale services, tools, and processes to support business growth while maintaining a high bar for customer experience.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new initiatives and ensure seamless execution.\nDevelop clear and thorough program\/process launch announcements for impacted stakeholders.\nAdvocate for the Business Development office's objectives and strive to simplify and improve impacted departments' and facilities' experience.\n\n

Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in program and project management, particularly in PLM implementation and internal business projects.\nStrong expertise in change management, budgeting, planning, and risk management.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.\nDemonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.\nProficiency in project management tools and software.\nPMP or similar project management certification is a plus.\nExperience with ERP systems (particularly Oracle) is a plus.\nExperience managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.\nExperience managing and growing technical leaders and teams.\nExperience running company-wide initiatives requiring teamwork across a broad set of partners and participants.\nProven knowledge of portfolio, resource, and process management.\nAdept at working well across organizations and building relationships with a nationally diverse workforce.\n\n
