Key Responsibilities:This position will be responsible for the coordination, standardization and development of the logistics services’ organizations (Warehousing, AOG, BMC and Tooling) training program. This position will complete initiatives that improve training documentation, record keeping, efficiency and standardization across the network. In this role, the program manager will partner with frontline and department management to identify gaps, propose opportunities and implement new strategies to improve the overall training curriculum. The program manager will partner with internal team members as well as Global Learning to develop training and communication strategies for new processes.
Partnering with logistics services team members and global learning to identify training opportunities and assisting in development and implementation of new training solutionsDeveloping training standards for logistics services teams in compliance with all supply chain-related regulationsDeveloping and implementing training plans and supervising to ensure that logistics services teams maintain training complianceIdentify and implement training related continuous improvement projects within Logistics ServicesEstablish relationships with local leadership and frontline team members to improve the overall training and usage of existing work instructions and SOPsQualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Business management, supply chain, continuous improvement or related field or equivalent experienceMinimum 3-5 years of related work experienceExperience with training course development and deliveryStrong insight and the ability to partner across various teamsStrong technical communication skillsStrong interpersonal, verbal and presentation skillsMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio proficientMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):Master's degree or equivalent experienceProject management certificationGreen or black belt certificationWarehousing experienceAirline experienceProject Management experienceSafety OSHA 15 – 30 hourComputer based training development skills (i.e. Articulate)Principles of supply chain, auditing, continuous improvementMicrosoft SharePoint proficientThe base pay range for this role is $79,800.00 to $108,790.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
