Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 1 to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, presenting proposals and reports, recruiting and evaluating employees, and analyzing technology resource needs. This role offers the opportunity to work in the FSI department, gaining exposure to various industries and the largest portfolio across sectors including Banking, Capital, and Insurance.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate projects by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.Analyze technology resource needs and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.Essential SkillsProgram management experienceMicrosoft experience is required2 years of PMO experience2 years of data experience including proficiency with Excel and PowerBI dashboards2 years of event planning and project management experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferredAbility to work across multiple time zonesSelf-starter with strong time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailInterpersonal skills and the ability to work independentlyBasic knowledge of production processes, quality control, and strategic planningProficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and ExcelWork Environment
This role is fully remote, working offsite with a typical schedule of 40 hours per week. The position may require flexibility in hours based on business needs. The team is small, cohesive, and collaborates effectively across different cultures and perspectives. Necessary equipment such as a laptop, headset, and mouse will be provided.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00
