Our Fortune 500 client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 1 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 1, you will be part of the Copilot experiences team supporting high-profile projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Program Manager Non Tech 1
**Location:** Remote, must work in PST time zone
**Pay Range:** $30/hr - $35/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
+ Analyze and prioritize incoming issues and defects, ensuring effective triaging.
+ Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end test plans and test cases.
+ Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
+ Track and report the status of issues throughout the development lifecycle.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum 2+ years of experience in software testing and triaging.
+ Strong written communication skills, especially the ability to write reports and communicate work effectively.
+ Proven experience with Microsoft products beyond just Windows and Word.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
