Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 1 to join their team. As a Program Manager you will be part of the project management team supporting the release management process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. **Program Manager Non Tech 1** **100% Remote** **$35/hour** **What's the Job?** + Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. + Utilize Azure DevOps to manage feature release requirements assigned to internal stakeholders. + Manage meetings of stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment. + Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients. + Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility. **What's Needed?** + Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps. + Minimum 2 years of SDLC knowledge. + Minimum 2 years of experience with program management, specifically in release/launches of products or services. + Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently. **What's in it for me?** + Gain insight into the internal workings of Microsoft release management. + Opportunity to interact with Support Delivery, Supportability, Serviceability, and Engineering teams. + Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. + Develop your skills in project management and stakeholder engagement.
