Our client, a leader in cloud infrastructure, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 2 to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the dynamic Capacity Planning team supporting Azure operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Program Manager Non Tech 2
**Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)**
**Pay Range:** $44/hr - $49/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Identify feasibility of a capacity plan and trigger execution with operations team, including elements like space, power, networking, and SKU availability.
+ Interface with supply chain, Data Center space management, hardware supply management, and deployment PMs to manage and reconcile all issues related to projects.
+ Drive root cause and corrective actions to close out processes, training, or tools arising from escalations.
+ Generate and manage metrics and reporting related to planning accuracy and supply-demand gaps.
+ Load execution plan into operations system of record and publish forecasts for downstream teams.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum 7 years Experience in Supply chain planning/program management
+ Minimum 7 years experience Understanding and application of key inventory management concepts (Supply Commit, Clear to Build, Open to Buy, WOS, turns)
+ Minimum 7 years experience with Exceptional Excel experience
+ Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
+ PMI or PMP certification preferred.
