Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the BizOps team supporting Customer Support Services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Program Manager Non Tech 3
**Location:** Charlotte, NC - would need to come into the office once a quarter
**Pay Range:** $55/hr - $60/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
+ Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
+ Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
+ Confer with business representatives, management, engineering, and support staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
+ Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for internal tools and systems.
**What's Needed?**
+ 4-6 years of overall experience in project management or related fields.
+ Minimum 1 year experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
+ Minimum 2 years experience in stakeholder management with strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Proficiency in the full Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
+ Project management certifications are preferred.
