Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Business Sales Manager to drive engagements with strategic customers to drive Surface for Business device sales. You will drive Surface for Business sales execution for these customers. This will be done by providing cross-engagement oversight and resource orchestration all while operating in close collaboration with customers and business partners who are supporting customer success.
Typical Day in the Role:
* Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to manage the regional digital stores for the Americas, focusing on sales targets for multiple lines of business including Microsoft 365, Surface, and Xbox
* Key projects: This role will contribute to managing accounts for small to medium businesses, driving sales for Surface devices, and collaborating with stakeholders and the customer service team
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of:
* 40% customer and internal meetings
* 30% email communication
* 15% CRM management
* 15% focused strategy and planning time
