Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager Non-Tech in Redmond, WA. This role will be working Monday through Friday, core business hours are between 7AM and 7PM. Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is responsible for overall efficiencies in data center operations. Specifically, known as the Hiring as a Service (HaaS) team, is tasked with making all hiring decisions for technician positions at all levels in the Americas, Canada, and Latin America. They also manage the hiring processes for more senior positions in collaboration with GTA leadership. The team aims to streamline hiring processes, remove biases, and provide consistent hiring practices, ultimately giving metro leaders more time by handling common and core position interviews. Role Responsibilities: * Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 50% meetings, 30% collaboration, 20% heads down * Manage programs associated with area of responsibility * Manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on time delivery * Engage with appropriate teams and resources to execute tasks or projects * Plan, manage, and communicate end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams * Perform day-to-day project check-in and update to manage project delivery and quality * Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution * Recognize potential customer impact of other events and issues (e.g., customer lockdown), communicate potential impact, and plan for impact accordingly * Proactively review schedules and avoid conflicts when possible * Identify, coordinate, manage expectations, and offer alternatives when defining customer solutions * Reporting creation and support to ensure continuous improvement
