Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our organization in the Washington DC areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal contracting, program management, and business development. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing federal contracts, while also contributing to the organization's business development and capture activities in the Washington DC area.\n\n\n
Responsibilities:\n\n\n\nManage and coordinate program and project teams on federal contracts.\nEnsure that program and project milestones and deliverables are met on time, per quality standard, and within budget.\nEnsure compliance with federal regulations and contractual requirements.\nBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including within government agencies and potential and current industry partners.\nParticipate in proposal development efforts, including contributing to proposal volumes by writing compelling content.\nConduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the federal sector.\n\n\n\n
Qualifications\/Requirements:\n\n\n\nBachelor's degree in related field.\n7+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in federal contracting.\nProven track record of success capture management and proposal development.\nStrong understanding of federal procurement processes, including FAR and DFAR regulations.\nExperience with program management within various contract types (e.g., FFP, T&M, CPFF)\nPMI PMP highly desirable.\nStrong background with the Department of Veterans Affairs is highly desirable.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.\n\n\n\n
