**Program Manager Patient Navigation** **Location:** Buffalo General Medical Center Location of Job: US:NY:Buffalo Work Type: Full-Time **Shift:** Shift 1 Job Description **Summary:** The Program Manager Patient Navigation will serve as a key leader in driving patient engagement initiatives across WNY. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive strategies that ensure sustained patient involvement post-screening and improved adherence to provider follow-ups. The Manager will oversee a team of patient navigators, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and lead efforts to enhance patient experience metrics, all while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. **Education And Credentials** **Responsibilities:** BS or BA in Healthcare Administration, public health or a related field required. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, public health or a related field preferred. **Experience** **Other information:** Proven experience in patient engagement, healthcare management, or related areas required. Strong leadership and team management skills required. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities required.
