The People Planning Operations team designs, implements, and supports workforce strategy and management solutions for Apple Retail. We strive to develop intelligent workforce solutions that empower our teams, elevate the customer experience, and drive Apple’s strategic objectives. We are seeking a Program Manager to be a collaborative partner and to work within Global Retail Support to define, design, deliver, and inspire adoption of People Planning Operations programs. Lead projects and programs to continuously improve customer experience and employee happiness while benefiting Apple through operational excellence, strategic innovation, and solution analysis. You are a positive relationship builder, a natural leader and facilitator, driven, organized and detail oriented. You are adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts and can lead through relationship-building and influence. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Drive and influence operational strategy across Apple retail locations -Analyze current processes and procedures to continually seek new efficiencies -Work collaboratively with Retail Leadership and relevant partners to drive consistent store adoption of strategies -Work with reporting team to ensure data is available, accurate and fit for purpose to identify trends in key focus areas that yield actions to improve the business -Partner with communication and training teams to create documentation, training and other engagement materials to support strategies and store performanceMinimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in a program/project management role, or equivalent in workforce management3+ years working on initiatives that impact business performanceStrong data analysis skills with the ability to transition analysis into measurable projectsKey QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred Qualifications3+ years experience with workforce management operations or technology across topics such as staffing, scheduling, payroll, absence, leave and related topicsDemonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization, whether with a peer or senior/exec level leadership.Highly effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complexity to be easily internalized for a broad range of audiencesProactive approach to problem solvingProficient in Excel/Numbers, Pages and Keynote applicationsExpert user of Mac OS X, iOS, watchOS, tvOS, and Apple hardwareEducation & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsPay & BenefitsPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
