Summary The Program Manager - Behavioral is the clinical and administrative leader for patient care unit and has 24-hour/7-day accountability for operational excellence. The Program Manager- Behavioral is accountable for financial and quality outcomes and will operate in a clinical role as needed for patient care. Job Requirements + Masters from an accredited school required. + Current Maine LCSW license required. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. + Minimum of 5 years of Behavioral Health experience required. + Minimum 2 years of leadership experience. + Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training at hire or obtained before completion of orientation. + Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. + Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office + Strong analytical skills. + Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving techniques in the decision-making process. + Ability to positively handle high-stress situations.
