OVERVIEW
Cadrex is searching for a Program Manager will work directly with our largest and most sophisticated customer relationships and service programs across multiple verticals. The Program Manager will drive the customer’s enterprise solution development and implementations. This position also requires leading customer teams to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and life of the program financial performance by managing customer programs, contracts, and business relationships.
This role will partner with customers to understand their priorities and objectives and lead a multi-disciplined delivery team from design, implement, and scale the solutions to drive value for the customer across the intersection of people, process, and technology. Work at multiple levels with the customer, including leading and directing other Project Managers and consulting teams and collaborating with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Systems Integrator Partners. You will evaluate the proposed solution, assess and manage risks, plan the program-wide implementation, support the program delivery, and manage its overall success. You will oversee delivery and acceptance of the program scope as defined in one or many statement(s) of work using program tasks, deliverables, milestones, and resources, all the time coordinating with project managers and delivery teams as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring successful customer outcomes based on program-defined objectives. You will govern overall standards across the program teams to achieve these results and be the senior-most delivery leader and “own the consulting business” for the engagement
- Accountable for successfully executing services programs, acting as a single point of accountability for the customer and building relationships with key customer stakeholders and sponsors
- Leads all aspects of program delivery process with key contributors to scope and prepare change requests, including tasks, project artifacts, project phase gates, resources, and estimated costs.
- Provides leadership across the Program. Seeks team input to promote rapid resolution to issues. Coaches and provides feedback/rewards on performance indicators
- Establishes objectives and goals and provides direction to the program and project teams in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment. Facilitates the implementation of program management processes across the business
- Manages effective customer communications. Provides overall Program interface with the customer. Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements. Communication and manage customer expectations and contractual commitments internal to the business
- Act as the central client contact throughout the program's life, including support for contractual changes and onboarding of additional Project Managers and technical teams for new work tracks or projects. Achieve customer satisfaction through the successful delivery of a defined program scope and the successful realization of key business objectives and metrics.
- Ensure standard program management processes are utilized and adequate support to the program and project teams by coordinating Program Management reviews, preparing & publishing PM metrics and reports
- Maintain Focus KPI metrics for program including, quality, technical performance, and delivery through all assigned product lifecycle phases
- Effectively lead customer teams to define project risks, and pro-actively identify risk mitigation actions. Coordinates all risks and requirements of the program into a completely integrated entity. This is accomplished by planning, controlling, and integrating all projects into the programs, and measuring all elements to ensure the requirements and goals are successfully achieved
- Provides monthly program updates (Program Status Report – Green/Yellow/Red) of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule). Program Manager will own quarterly pricing updates on existing programs. Manages and drives the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process with assigned customer account.
- Full responsibility for continuous improvement of customer relationship performance metrics and customer satisfaction. Lead regular communication with both the customer and internal teams and tie back our execution to customer expectations
Requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of Project Management experience or a combination of 6 years Project Management and Project Engineering experience with technical product development projects
- 4+ years of phase gate development and integrated master scheduling (IMS) experience
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
EDUCATION
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field

Salary Description
$119,000 - $155,000 annually
