As a Program Manager in the Program Management Office, you will be responsible for managing the business operations for the Non-Volatile Engineering Group (NVEG). You will oversee multiple programs to achieve specific business goals and objectives while ensuring a balanced allocation of resources.
Your role will involve working with key NVEG leaders to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and oversee strategic communications. You will be an individual contributor and expected to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee strategic communications, including Executive KPI updates, Program milestones, All Hands Meetings (AHM) and Newsletters.
Organize and follow up on Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Staff Meetings, and Department initiatives.
Manage government grants and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Project headcount requirements and manage staffing plans.
Host customer visits and coordinate content preparations.
Manage job rotation and attachment programs.
Coordinate AI/ML initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
5-6 years of experience in program management, preferably in a technology or engineering domain.
Proven experience in leading product development projects or acting in similar capacity would be of added advantage.
Good knowledge of NAND device/design is not a pre-requisite, but would be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of System firmware/design/media management is not a pre-requisite, but would be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
