1. Scope of the role Should have more than 10 years of experience in Ecommerce and Min 3 to 5 Years of Salesforce Commerce, design, develop and maintain the ecommerce applications

Job Profile Ø Analyzes business requirements and prepare the technical design Ø Document and ensure platform standards Ø Collaborate with the development partner team, and ensure delivery as per the technical design Ø Recommend and implement best practice / process optimization improvements Ø Incident and problem analysis, providing solution, taking over the technical resolution ownership Ø Coordinate with partners for technical points / requirements

3. Key Deliverables · Understand business & functional requirement, and provide technical solution to build the ecommerce websites & mobile applications · Delivery of enhancements, maintenance, and support of ecommerce websites

4. Right Candidate Ø Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Master’s degree Ø Min 5 years of experience in · Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) functional skills: o Content management, Customer groups, SEO, products & catalogs, search, checkout, interface customization, and monitoring · Experience with software architecture and technical design · Experience in Salesforce technical stack - JavaScript · API knowledge - REST APIs, SOAP, Web APIs, JSON, XML · Strong in REST & SOAP security, including OAuth SAML token, etc · Knowledge in AWS API Gateway / MuleSoft integration · Understanding SFMC,CDP & IS integrations is an added advantage Ø Exposure in emerging technologies Ø Good Written & Oral Communication Skills o For coordination with various external agencies o System and Process Documentation
