ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)

The Program Manager role will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of the business line’s strategic initiatives and control environment associated with Fair Lending, which strives to grow and promote the success of our diverse small business customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, commercial banking compliance, financial product constructs, and an understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by diverse small businesses.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align overarching business objectives with the mission to enhance KeyBank’s market presence in diverse, small business segments.Align stakeholders and data teams to deliver reporting capabilities and generate comprehensive performance reviews with actionable insights.Address governance, platforms, sales practices, and operational controls to ensure compliance with evolving legal requirements and internal policies.Prepare senior management and lead efforts pertaining to regulatory engagements, audits, or inquiries from community advocacy groups, clients and prospects.Coordinate engagements with vendors, outside counsel or other third parties when necessary.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 7 years’ experience in financial services with advanced knowledgeable of financial productsDemonstrated project management leadership skills; experience in organizing, planning and executing medium to large-scale, multi-functional projects from vision through implementation.Demonstrated ability to express complex concepts in terms that are understandable to the business partners, senior leaders, and the sales force.Superior teamwork, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels.Demonstrated analytical, process management and conceptual skills.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
