We are searching for a Top Secret cleared Program Manager to join our team in Quantico, VA. 

You will be leading a program of 40 personnel across multiple locations whose primary objective is to provide comprehensive IT services to support our customer’s IT infrastructure, systems and operations which will include network management, system administration and application support. This is an exciting opportunity to lead critical projects, mentor senior, mid and junior team members, and contribute to the strategic direction of our customer’s IT infrastructure and services. 

Responsibilities\: 
•    Serves as the program manager for a large, complex task order.
•    Serves as the primary point of contact for the Government management personnel. 
•    Analyzes schedule, cost, and program resources.  
•    Identifies resource shortfalls and makes corrective recommendations.
•    Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
•    Responsible for the contractor's delivery of a product or application using Agile software development methodology.
•    Responsible for meeting customer requirements, specifications, and quality assurance standards.
•    Responsible for contract deliverables.
•    Works directly with the government and corporate resources to ensure staffing needs are met, with the authority to add/remove staff at the government's direction.
•    Responsible for the software and hardware licenses and maintenance support procured under the contract.
•    Provide support for growth and sales to include Past Performance requests, Request for Information and Request for Proposal responses.

•    Must have 10 years of experience with 8 years of information systems management experience.
•    Must have experience performing complex functional project activities by providing management and supervision of multiple projects in software and systems engineering.  
•    Must have demonstrated experience in handling government contracts.
•    Experience managing a program of 20 FTE in 2 or more physical disparate locations
•    Experience serving as a contractor’s single interface with the government on large information technology programs
•    Experience supervising contractor and subcontractor personnel

Clearance Required\: Top Secret

Minimum Education\:  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline or 4 additional years of relevant experience (in addition to the 10 years of experience) can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Years of Experience\: 
•    Must have 10 years of experience with 8 years of information systems management experience.

Preferred\:
-    Agile SDLC experience (SAFE, scrum, Kanban, etc.) 
-    Certified Scrum Master certification
-    PMP certification
