Program Manager

Stanley Access Technologies is looking for a Program Manager to work as part of a highly engaged small team within a global organization of 12,000+ employees, representing 30+ brands (including Schlage, Von Duprin and LCN) focused on safety, security, and access management.  As a Program Manager, you will oversee and manage multiple programs within our organization.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, alignment with strategic objectives and effective resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standardsUse the Product Development Gate Process to manage projectsDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans including schedules, resource allocation and risk assessment.Lead cross-functional teams providing guidance, motivation and support to ensure project successMonitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategiesCoordinate and facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders and senior managementConduct regular project status meetings and provide timely update to stakeholdersManage project budgets, track expenses and ensure cost control measures are in placeCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with Organizational goalsEnsure Project documentation is accurate, up to date and readily accessible to team membersEvaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing lessons learned in future projectsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experienceBachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree is preferredProven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, managing complex projects and programsStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsSolid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environmentExceptional organizational and time management skills can prioritize and manage multiple programs simultaneously.Proficient in project management software and toolsPMP certification or equivalent preferred
