The Mobile Program Manager – TCL Mobile is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving mobile sales and marketing initiatives across a designated region. This role focuses on managing a team of TCL Mobile Market Managers to enhance brand presence, execute local market activations, and drive measurable sales growth. Acting as the critical link between field operations and senior leadership, you will develop strategic plans, enforce program standards, and analyze performance metrics—including sales outcomes—to continuously enhance the impact of TCL Mobile’s initiatives.

Recruit, onboard and train TCL Mobile Market Managers while setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching Develop and implement regional mobile sales and marketing strategies overseeing in-store activations and events to boost salesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and retail partners to ensure cohesive strategy execution and drive salesMonitor and analyze sales performance; adjusting strategies to meet revenue targets and identify growth opportunitiesPrepare performance reports and ensure compliance with TCL Mobile brand guidelines and operational standardsManage the regional budget and address operational challenges promptlyWhere it will happen:
Travel frequently to retail locations, training sessions, and business meetings (including potential overnight staysWork outside normal business hours during peak sales periods, promotional events, or other critical business needsDynamic fast-paced setting that requires proactive problem solving and adaptabilityWhat you bring to the table:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field is required Master's Degree or relevant advanced certifications is preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales, field operations or retail management, ideally within consumer electronics or mobile devices industryTwo years of experience in supervisory or management role leading teams and achieving targetsDirect experience with leading mobile sales initiatives and field marketing programsPhysical aspects of the job:
Travel frequently by car or plane, and a valid driver's license is requiredAbility to stand, walk and move for extended periods during store visits and eventsAbility to lift and manage materials and displays up to 30 lbs is required
