Program Manager (TCO and App Rationalization)

Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Program Manager (TCO and App Rationalization) for their Atlanta, GA/ Charlotte, NC location. Responsibilities:
+ The program manager role will focus on technology total cost of ownership and application retirements intiatives for the Enterprise Technology team.
+ The program manager will build approaches and define scope, identify, and handle multi-functional interdependencies, identify and coordinate the creation of vital program documentation to ensure alignment; develop overall program plan, lead all aspects of successful execution, and track program status and provide updates to the ET leadership.
+ The role will partner and collaborate with enterprise IT groups and other business functions, specifically Finance, to identify and address interdependencies between the teams, to ensure workstreams deliver per plan and proactively identify and engage partners.
+ Strong interdependent partnering and communication skills are required to collaborate with many partners within and outside of ET.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree: Required
+ Experience with Total Cost of Ownership and/or application rationalization initiatives for technology.
+ Meeting management, conflict management, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to plan effectively.
+ Ability to manage client expectations and relationship in a way that results in an effective team environment.
+ Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge of portfolio management.
+ Ability to solve unique and highly complex technical, operational, and organizational problems
+ Ability to lead and manage the performance of multiple teams against a set of financial and operational objectives.
+ Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
+ Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective."
+ Change management process improvement background.
+ Master's degree or MBA and twelve years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, including five years of management experience.
