Program Manager Tech 4
Our client, a leader in digital sales enablement, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 4 to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting experimentation in a large consumer sales enablement organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, project management expertise, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Program Manager Tech 4 **Location:** Remote **Pay Range:** $60/hr - $65/hr **What's the Job?** + Plan and execute tests as the Experimentation Program Manager, including strategic planning and individual test designs. + Collaborate closely with marketing team partners including site management, product management, analytics, design, and development teams. + Gather necessary information from key business stakeholders to document requirements for new experiments. + Review analyses of completed tests to ensure result accuracy and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders. + Support training and community activities related to the experimentation program. **What's Needed?** + 7-10 years of experience in project management and experimentation strategies. + Minimum 5 years experience with A/B testing platforms and toolkits. + Minimum 7 years experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Azure DevOps. + Strong background in Online/Digital UX and eCommerce best practices. + Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and presentation. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a highly collaborative team focused on web platforms. + Gain valuable experience conducting A/B testing with websites. + Engage in strategic planning and execution of innovative experiments. + Work with multiple stakeholders and external partners. + Contribute to enhancing customer experiences through data-driven insights.
