We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to supervise a team in our USAF Programs group located in Poway, CA. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Provide management and leadership direction for Contractor Logistics Support programs. + Maintains technical and business integrity of the programs. + Establish milestones and monitors adherence to program master plans and schedules and/or costs. + Ensure the program objectives and the Company’s contract commitments are met. + Act as primary customer contact to ensure satisfaction and manages the submittal of contract data items. + Develop program control mechanisms to effectively measure expenditures, labor and other resources necessary to manage program budget. + Estimate, order, track and provide status of repairs and materials. + Direct all operations of the program within cost limitations and schedule, including staff, systems, procurements, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and administration. + Responsible for accurately measuring progress of program; Identifies and corrects problems to avoid adverse effects to the program. + Present briefings to organizational and group management as well as customer representatives on significant program issues + Manage Engineering, Logistics, and Maintenance programs for USAF and other customers.
