As a Program Manager of the Wellness Program, you will:

Schedule monthly calendar: 5-7 exercises/activities per day, including group exercise/activities.Participate as Lead InstructorWork closely with the residents to identify those needing therapyWork with Residents getting insurance cards and sending them in for processing.Schedule Rehab treatments with residents and the TherapistsMarket our programOccasionally attend weekly or monthly staff meetings for any special events or program information.Keep track of the participation levels and progress of residents.
