CACI is seeking a Program Operations Analyst for the US Air Force Cloud One Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration contract. This role will be crucial in supporting the program management team by analyzing operations, processes, and performance metrics to ensure efficient and effective program execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience with government contracts, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for program leadership.
**What You’ll Get to Do**
The Program Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to ensure the successful planning, execution, and management of infrastructure engineering projects. This role will involve working closely with project managers, engineers, stakeholders, and other team members to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to project objectives and timelines.
**More About the Role**
· Analyze and support program operations, ensuring efficient processes and alignment with organizational goals.
· Execute and track procurements across multiple concurrent projects.
· Track incoming and outgoing shipments including customer deliverables.
· Ensure facility staff timekeeping is current and accurate.
· Support development of monthly reports, significant accomplishment vignettes, report assembly, editorial proof reading, and cleanup of final versions.
· Track project execution against available budgets.
· Development of financial plans and projections.
· Establish processes where none exist and suggest improvements to existing processes where needed.
· Take ownership of the above tasks, while also continuously looking for ways to improve facility operations and identify new projects to own or support as new needs emerge.
· Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced team environment and have exceptional attention to detail.
· The ideal candidate will be adaptable to varying management styles and work environments, including customer facing and virtual.
· A willingness to dive into and take ownership of tasks that are outside of comfort zones is an imperative.
· This position demands that the individual be unafraid to ask questions in order to understand roles and responsibilities in an effort to be fully capable of independently executing tasking.
· An ability to think critically and analytically is important.
**You’ll Bring These Qualifications**
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
· 7+ years of experience in various program, finance, procurement, and scheduling roles.
· Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have**
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or business, economics, and finance.
• Strong understanding of basic algebra and comfortable working with numbers
Experience in writing and editing professional and technical documentation

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
