Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst III

As a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst III, you will be using your skills and expertise to prepare, develop and coordinate our integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet our program objectives and ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across the enterprise. You'll be expected to be proficiently tracking plans and schedules, performing risk analysis, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts utilizing Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques. You'll evaluate the level of schedule compliance and identify reasons for completion shortfalls.

Responsibilities:

Develops the IMS to include detailed tasks and timing supporting all program events, significant accomplishments and accomplishment criteria for the entire scope of the program.Develops IMS tasks that are directly traceable to the WBS, SOW and CLINS.Ensures all tasks are logically linked showing predecessor and successor relationships and sufficient to account for the entire program under contract with identifiable driving and critical paths.Ensures appropriate integration of subcontractor schedules.Perform schedule health assessments and schedule risk analysis.Attends monthly reviews including the Internal Program Management Review meetings, Schedule Reviews, Program Risk Reviews, and support customer reviews (Monthly Program Reviews, IBR etc.).Resource load schedules ensuring budget, forecast and performance are planned and reported effectively and ensure Cost/Schedule integration is maintained throughout the program when required.Prepare schedule CDRLs for review and submittal.

Must-haves:

A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field and 6 years or more of related work experience.Higher education may substitute for relevant experienceRelevant experience may be considered in lieu of required educationExperience in Microsoft Project ProfessionalThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
