Job Summary:

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the Program Design & Planning organization. You will be assigned work on a program within the Air Dominance Planning portfolio of programs and will be the focal point for matters pertaining to schedule in a particular program area portfolio. You will be accountable for adherence to Raytheon and government policies and best practices in the area of scheduling/EV.

What You Will Do:

Lead a team of Planning professionals supporting multiple programs with varying requirements

Support development and maintenance of program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project, based on requirements and scope provided by the customer

Detail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program’s lifecycle that incorporates contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS in order to maintain realistic, current contract schedule baselines

Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements throughout all program phases

Ensure the IMS is resource loaded for applicable scope with target budgets and demonstrates thorough cost and schedule integration

Lead and conduct detailed performance capture and analysis of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness and compliance.

Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the Program IMS

Lead the development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Program Management and/or Program Planning & Scheduling or an Advance degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules. (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software)

Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.

Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Familiar with Agile planning and execution

Experience leading planning effort on a program with external EV reporting and DFARS EV clause invoked.

Experience with DCMA and JSR audit

Experience with integration of subcontractors and operations into program plans, schedules and financial tracking.

Proficiency with PMX tool suite or similar program management systems

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
