The Program/Project Management Lead will partner closely with the Growth Marketing Team members to execute complex, cross-functional programs and projects across the marketing organization, with a focus on growth initiatives. The Program/Project Management Lead will ensure timely delivery of initiatives by coordinating tasks, resources, and communication across the Growth Squad team. This person will continuously identify areas for creating, streamlining, and improving key processes in order to proactively resolve challenges that arise for the Growth Marketing team to accomplish its goals.

Responsibilities:

Partner with cross-functional work teams to ensure all elements supporting Growth Marketing initiatives are delivered on time for global and regional launchesPlan and manage medium-to-large programs consisting of multiple projects, driving delivery of project workDevelop and update project plans / work-back schedules for multiple projects, and execute on milestones and deliverablesIdentify risks, create contingency plans, and provide creative solutions in a dynamic environmentCreate agendas, facilitate meeting content, and lead project meetings and kickoffTrack and communicate progress to the team, collaborators, and executive sponsors; including providing timely status reports; introduce mitigation tactics to minimize project delivery risks


Preferred Qualifications:

You have a strong understanding of digital and website platforms, projects, programs, and development, including discovery, content strategy, information architecture, user experience, creative design/copy development, build, launch, and website and content migrationComfortable and effective communicating at all levels of an organization from executives to project teamsProven ability to operate effectively in a high-demand, rapidly shifting / fluid environmentStrong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and manage through times of uncertainty and changeStrong collaboration skills, a tendency to seek and value alternate views, and an ability to earn stakeholder confidence quickly and exert influenceAbility to multi-task and work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with the pressure of multiple deadlines and varying complexityCommunicate timelines and approval framework for cross-team understandingYou have the ability to effectively use common PM tools; e.g. Asana, SmartSheet, Workfront, Wrike, etcStrong problem solving ability, with a track record of “test and learn” mindsetYou have agency experience; both in-house and outside agency considered a plusMust have solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills6+ years of relevant experience in digital project/program managementDegree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,600 to $159,000.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
