The Project Manager SW will be responsible for leading multiple large-scale projects concurrently related to product software and process development, including direct supervision of analysts and indirect leadership of cross-functional team members. Products include cloud-based software used to facilitate ambulatory cardiac monitoring and reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Working with Revenue Cycle Management, Product Management, Finance, Operations and IT ensures that needs of key stakeholders are analyzed and clearly specified and prioritized.Manage project scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and constraints while focusing timely delivery to milestonesManage projects to build, deploy and support cloud-based and mobile applications used for monitoring patients and delivering ECG reportsAssign, track, and follow-up on various tasks removing obstacles hindering progressOrganize and lead project meetings across several concurrent projects while keeping stakeholders regularly updatedResolve obstacles by creating the appropriate modifications to the project plan to minimize risks and issuesLeverage resources and tools across multiple teams to improve capacity and efficiency for project completionSupport the project sponsor in managing expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governanceSupport the technical team in preparation of documents for regulatory complianceOther duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

·Thorough understanding of software development methodologies and process

·Proven experience building, maintaining and leveraging strategic and cross-functional relationships through effective communication and collaborative leadership.

·Prior experience with direct and indirect team leadership.

·Ability to negotiate and influence cross-functionality and across customer stakeholders.

·Proven track record of analytical ability, operational excellence and detail orientation.

·Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills-including verbal, written, negotiation and overcoming objections.

·Knowledge of multiple SDLC methodologies, standards, procedures, and organization that contribute to the development and deployment of technology solutions

·Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies

·Strong verbal, written and presentation skills for various audiences and leadership levels.

·Advanced analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

·Advanced skill and proficiency using Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, and Azure DevOps or similar software applications

·Resourceful with ability to use discretion and exercise good judgment

·Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and complete tasks in an accurate timely manner

·Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.

·Extremely organized and highly self-motivated and directed.

·Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.

Education and/or Experience:

BS Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent required15+ years required Project Leadership related experience with demonstrable evidence of successfully partnering with customers and achieving shared goals and outcomes.Prior experience managing software development and integrations projects.Experience working with offshore development resources desiredHealthcare and/or medical device experience is preferred.
