Summary: Seeking a Program/Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in developing integrated hardware solutions and machining technology.

Requirements:

US Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance Expertise in Agile development processes and tools Experience managing program budgets and schedules Proven record interfacing with customers and external relationships Experience with Contract Manufacturers, suppliers, or outside vendors Experience in proposal writing and costing Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Plastics, etc.) At least 3 years of experience in program management

Preferred Skills:

Master's degree or equivalent discipline Knowledge of Lean Tools and Six Sigma Awareness Statistical Analysis (SPC) Optional: Knowledge of PLC codes/Ladder Logic and Robotics Language

Responsibilities:

Guide teams developing integrated hardware solutions, unique material, and machining technology Lead teams through Agile development, maintaining schedules and budgets Work closely with customers to meet technical requirements and maintain relationships Support manufacturing line with continuous process improvement using Lean concepts Define critical mechanical inputs and execute/analyze DOEs Oversee defect analysis and implement corrective actions Conduct process training and standardize operations

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
