Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Program/Project Manager for Cyber Security. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the end-to-end planning and execution of cyber security projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security requirements * Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for multiple, concurrent security projects * Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to identify risks, define project scope, and ensure the successful implementation of security controls * Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure milestones are met within budget and on schedule * Manage communication between stakeholders, including regular status updates, risk management reports, and steering committee presentations * Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) * Coordinate vendor selection and management for security tools and services, overseeing contracts, SLAs, and performance * Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to cyber security policies and best practices * Lead post-implementation reviews and ensure effective incident response planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts
