PROGRAM PROJECT MANAGER Digital Web Support and Design
Contractors must comply with all Joint Commission Requirements, including but not limited to cultural sensitivity, patient care, patient rights and ethical treatment, safety and security of physical environments, emergency management, teamwork, respect for others, ongoing education and training, communication, adherence to safety and quality programs, compliance with National Patient Safety Goals, and licensure and health screenings. Contractors must perform all duties and responsibilities in line with the C-I-CARE Standards of the Hospital.

Develops messaging, ensures content is utilized appropriately, and oversees the content planning process to personalize health education information for patients and their families.
Creates strategies to produce engaging patient-facing content from clinical subject matter.
Oversees reporting and ensures efficient use of company resources. Manages project timelines.
Coordinates departmental project activities and ensures proper documentation of project phases.
Innovates content approaches, including messaging, format, purpose, and publication.
Reviews, edits, and drafts updates to controlled documents.
Collaborates with subject matter experts across Health Care for document creation, editing, and control.
Revises and refines documentation received from clinical/technical staff.
Enhances editorial and visual standards for documents and suggests new designs, layouts, and procedures as needed.
Drives new features and enhancements for prospective patients and referring physicians to facilitate connections with Stanford Health Care physicians and/or clinics.
Develops web strategies through user research, consumer segmentation, competitive analysis, and alignment with business priorities.
Establishes feature roadmaps and release plans based on strong business cases.
Supports the team in creating optimal user experiences and designs.
Works with the team to ensure functionality/design aligns with technological capabilities.
Leads the creation of backlogs and compelling user stories.
