Program Project Manager - Enrollment, Marketing and School Launch Team (Immediate Opening)
Description

Role Mission: The Program Project Manager - EMSL plays a vital role in supporting the division by managing and maintaining budgets, operating systems, and project management of key services and people. This position is responsible for creating processes and systems to effectively manage tracking, reporting, and overseeing procurement, inventory, and systems management and carrying them out.

 

Location: This is a full-time (remote/on-site) position based in Texas with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or who are willing to relocate.

 

Travel Expectations: Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, in car or by plane, to attend meetings or support regions as needed with overnight stays ranging from 1-5 days.

 

What You’ll Do – Accountabilities

 

Essential Duties:

Project Management: Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close the work of the team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria. Design and produce unique products, services, and results with a defined beginning and end, while managing time, budget, and resources.Procurement: Research and follow purchasing process for all the division’s procurement needs, facilitate submission, receiving, procurement of all invoices for requisitions and payment for Enrollment, Marketing & School Launch teams. This is includes all travel expenses and the procurement of supplies, equipment.Budget Management: Manage, reconcile, and report on Enrollment, Marketing & School Launch budgets monthly to VP and Directors. Report and track budget and processes and cross-functionally collaborate with business partnersAdministrative: Support Concur per diem, travel, AMEX reconciliation for Enrollment, Marketing & School Launch VP and National Enrollment team members. Coordinate and plan team quarterly meetings.Contracts: Support the submission, tracking and monitoring of contracts for Enrollment, Marketing & School Launch  Vendors: Manage vendor relationships and business processes with external vendors 

 

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage Operating Mechanisms for the Division: Ensure current operating mechanisms are efficient and effective.Presentation Development: Support through the use of software like PowerPoint, Excel, Word and CanvaEmail Monitoring: Monitor the department customer service email.

Required experience:

·           Education: Bachelor’s Degree

·           Experience: At least 2-5 years of program or project management experience

 

Preferred experience:

·           Project Management

·           Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word & Power Point

·           Accounting and/or Finance background

 

Physical Requirements:

Capability to move around campus sites, which may include navigating uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, and occasionally working in confined spaces.The ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time.The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.The ability to work in extreme weather.Bending, crawling, stooping, standing, vision, lifting, walking.Ability to carry up to 25 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $63,471 - $73,310, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for performance pay based on organizational performance and goal attainment.
