Job Description

The Program Quality Leader represents the Customer Voice within the company and ensures the interface with the customer and internally with the others functions on quality matters. The main missions of the role are to:

Identify the initial Program Quality objectives, built-up the quality management plan and ensure a regular follow-upAchieve the Quality objectives - including Safety & Regulation, Environmental - such as the PPM, Scrap,… including Perceived quality and cascade them to the internal and external suppliersMonitor the objectives achievement through a risk assessment follow up based on FMEA (Failure mode and Effects Analysis), Special characteristics, capabilities, Tolerance stacks, PPM, etc… Have the authority to stop any process or product delivery in case of serious non conformanceApprove the "Design Validation Plan" and "Production Validation Test" established by Engineering and ensure its completion according to the program milestonesLead the development and production process for measurement, checking and testing fixtures and gaugesDefine the control plansBe responsible for conformity, perceived quality and traceability of any parts delivered to the customer all along the development phasesPrepare and compile the PPA (Production Part Approval) files, and supports the Plant Quality Engineer for the submission of the initial samples, including process validation auditLead the relation with Customer Program QualityApply Program Management System and Engineering Change Management and  standards

Qualifications

Education Level :              Masters Degree

Educational Program :       Engineering  

Master's degree in engineering3-5 years of proven experience in the Automotive industryIn-depth knowledge of quality engineering techniquesTrained in Program Management SystemCustomer relationship skillsAbove average communication skills, leadership skills and interpersonal skillsInternational mindsetMinimum bi-lingual (English required)
