Your mission, roles and responsibilities

主要工作职责:
    与客户保持联系，确保与客户交付的质量信息的完整性、正确性和及时性(E-APQP、8D报告等…)
    确保项目质量目标在2a阶段与客户达成一致，并在内部进行传达、制定对应措施并定期跟踪
    确保在项目阶段#2a到#4中按时交付与PQL相关的PMS工作包和关键交付项
    确保在项目阶段客户质量指标及内部质量工作的达成（FCPA、AIMS、PV、检具、FTN、CP、meisterbock、quality readiness、FI&TQW等）
    组织内部团队管理质量问题的按时关闭
    确保在任何生产阶段，所有与产品相关的要求(KPC、感知质量方面等)都得到控制，并制定有效的控制计划和检查作业指导书
    确保8QB在项目各阶段的执行
    与内部团队一起，确保PFMEA&CC/SC&CP的一致性及准确性
    确保分享质量抱怨的L&L，包括：产品质量问题、客户抱怨等，并组织项目组按时完成相关的整改措施
    对于高风险供应商，督促及支持ASQ的交付
    确保一级零件PSW的签署及PPAP提交
    投产前负责评估客户要求的可行性，负责与客户质量及工厂质量交流并签署的质量偏差，使质量标准具有量产可行性
    确保整个项目阶段产品的交付质量，停止任何流程或产品交付，以防严重不符合（SR问题及可能的批量风险问题）
       一旦发现与产品和过程稳健性相关的风险，立即升级

    对公司的业务活动有关的所有信息严加保密（但中国有关机构要求的除外），并对合同中定义的所有机密严加保密
    充分学习理解并认同佛吉亚《管理规范》及《道德规范》中的各项内容，承诺严格遵守并以此为日常行为指南
    知悉并严格遵守利益冲突的相关规定

任职资格:

    学历：工程相关专业本科及以上学历
    工作经验：在制造行业有两年以上经历；熟悉APQP/FMEA/SPC等工具
    技术及能力
英语流利，可作为工作语言；
熟悉内饰工艺，产品知识和OEM开发流程；
较强的客户沟通、谈判及关系管理能力；
抗压力，同理心；
结果导向；
管理复杂事务及发展高效团队的能力；
