**Job Description**
**Summary**
The **Program Scheduler, Sr.** is responsible for developing and maintaining Field Operations deployment, as well as Field Demo and Services schedules. This role works closely with Field Operations Managers, Repair and Logistics Supervisor and Field Operations Director in the course of accomplishing work.
**Position Responsibilities**
+ Maintains daily a detailed travel schedule for over 40 individuals
+ Works with managers to develop and maintain deployment and pre-deployment planning activities for the Field Operations team
+ Works with operational managers to monitor accurate project and contract charging to include gathering data for audits
+ Works with Field Operations team to create operational graphs and charts outlining multiple data points
+ Assists with resolving schedule conflicts and assessing workforce shortages
+ Supports development of customer proposals; assists in the development and submittal of ROMs and whitepapers
+ Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
+ Performs Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
+ Performa Risk planning with Field Operations Management using the schedule for identifying and recommending mitigation strategies for project risks to ensure cost & schedule targets are achieved
+ Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
+ Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead)
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
+ Minimum 5 - 8 years’ relevant experience
+ Previous experience in an aerospace, defense environment is preferred
+ Experienced with MS Project, MS Office, MS Teams, Excel and Fast Track Scheduler
+ Experienced with IMPs/IMSs for DOD programs
+ Basic knowledge of aerial loitering munitions, small and medium UAS, and UGV preferred
**Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies**
+ Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook are required
+ Experience with Earned Value Analysis is desired
+ Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
+ Demonstrates strong verbal, writing, and computer skills
+ Existing SECRET clearance is desirable, but not required
+ Exhibits high level of organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
+ Possesses strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
+ Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties
+ Displays strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet company objectives
+ Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products
+ Is committed to learning from mistakes and driven to improve and enhance performance of oneself, others, and the company
+ Focuses on teamwork and puts the success of the team above one's own interests
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to work in an office environment (Constant)
+ Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent)
The salary range for this role is:
$108,275 - $153,615
