Our Fort Wayne, Indiana location has an opening for a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO). This position will have supervisory/leadership responsibility, working in support of special access programs. The CPSO will work closely with all levels of management as well as with our government customers. As the CPSO you must have an in-depth understanding of a DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, NISPOM, ICD 705, and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security directives.
What You Will Do
Manage special access program facility administration in compliance with JAFAN 6/9 or ICD 705 related to the physical security and construction requirements for SAPFs; submitting pre-construction and accreditation packages to include Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs) and Tempest assessmentsDevelop, obtain approval for, and implement security policies, procedures, and documentation specific to the program such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and addendums, Operation Security (OPSEC) Plans, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), etc.Create, update and administer security education, training and awareness to include indoctrinations and debriefings.Conduct self-inspections and recommend / implement corrective actions.Program administrative work: personnel processing, visitor control, program related investigations, TS accountability, dispatching and receiving program documents/material and resolving other related program security issues.Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Business Management, or similar curriculum and a minimum of 8 years’ experience working in Industrial Security, Information Assurance/Cyber, Special Programs, security management, military, or government information security programs with strong demonstrated progression from follower to leader. Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET clearance prior to start date, U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceQualifications We Prefer
Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Working knowledge of ICD 705 Prior experience constructing SAPF’sOrganized self-starter capable of identifying priorities and multi-tasking, willing to work extended hours and travel on company business Experience in the Special Programs environment Industrial Security certificates desiredWhat We Offer

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
