This role will develop and lead efforts to build, operate, scale, and improve customer experience and support operations for Uber riders in India SA. The role comes with a heavy focus on cross-functional collaboration, delivering stellar operations outcomes, continuous process improvement, and being customer obsessed. This is a great opportunity to work with an outstanding Customer Experience team and learn the Uber business from the ground up. **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 1. Own and manage cost optimization initiatives for support 2. Measure and share pros and cons of proposed initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders 3. Own quality assurance programs for support 4.
