\nThe annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this\nposition is ($83,200.00 - $104,000.00). Please\nnote that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell\nconsiders various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to\nthe scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work\nexperience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business\nconsiderations.
\nThis position is incentive plan eligible.

\nYOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
\n\nWork with Program Management Office, Project Managers and Leadership Team to support program and team objectives\nPrimary focus as Deputy Program Manager supporting cost, schedule and status of project deliverables and performance\nTrack and mitigate risks identified by Project Engineers\nSupport proposals and baseline control\nCollaborate with other disciplines to resolve complex and unforeseen problems\nAdapt working methods when unforeseen problems arise, or milestones change\nMotivate and support the team to drive positive culture. Lead by example.\n\nUS CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
\nMust be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE:
\n\n4+ years’ experience in program management, project controls or project support\nU.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing.\n\nWE VALUE:
\n\nExpertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and financial systems (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).\nProactive and resourceful self-starter, with ability to multi-task\nBachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Business, Finance)\nProject Management certification (PMP) preferred\nAbility to work in ambiguous situations\nExceeding customer expectations\n\nThis role will remain open for applications until an offer is accepted
