Program Specialist IV
**About The Role** This role will be responsible for supporting and timely monitoring US&C Docs Operations within the Global Operations & Insights team. From data analysis to project implementation and rollout, you need to love to get into the root cause of problems, to figure out how to bring improvements and build sustainable solutions. You will be expected to think creatively, identify data trends, suggest improvements and help in the creation of efficient processes, within the US&C Docs Operations and exporting and bringing best practices across regions. You will collaborate closely with Global Identity Operations, Central and Local CommOps and COE/BPO stakeholders to ensure operational readiness for documents to be vetted against Uber standards and processed within agreed timeframes and against defined requirements, so the Documents teams are meeting their day to day targets. **What You’ll Do** - Support and monitor the document operations for US&C; making sure multiple teams have all tools and information required to meet quality and productivity targets. - Create or improve existing processes through data analytics, footprint migrations, processes and policy updates and roll outs, reporting improvements, process standardization and keeping track of plans, quality and timelines for such activities. - Own the feedback loop across teams for Docs Operations in US&C with the regional BPOs/COEs, designing effective ways to identify roadblocks or issues in the rollout and implementation of policies and processes as well as provide solutions to address those. - Estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources accordingly, while driving adherence and compliance with deadlines on deliverables. - Track progress, understand dependencies, communicate status to upper management and stakeholders, and facilitate and coordinate schedules for different local or regional requests. - Proactively work to remove obstacles and enable forward momentum and progress. Manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities. - You will also need analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday. You will be analyzing data and making decisions regarding operations and processes on a regular basis **Basic Qualifications** - At least 2 years of experience in project and or program management - Experience working cross functionally, strong stakeholder management, analytical, planning, and organization skills - Strategic problem solving experience - leveraging multiple resources to inform and support critical decisions **Preferred Qualifications** - Very strong subject matter expertise in Identity Operations. - +1 year of experience within US&C Document Operations - Bachelor degree obtained - +1 year of Experience in Compliance Requirements and audits for US&C - Exceptional, written and verbal communication skills - Data analytics skills, experience with working with large datasets. - Ability to prioritize and work with tight deadlines according to business requirements. - Proficiency in productivity tools (email, calendar), Google Suite and project management tools (Asana) - Proven record of stellar project execution - Ability to work in SQL - Experience working in a highly detail-oriented environment, demonstrating a high degree of diligence and accountability - Exceptional stakeholder management skills - Confident presenting feedback and findings to Senior stakeholders, able to handle arguments and negotiations **About the Team** You will be working as a part of an existing pool of Identity Program Specialists team based in different parts of the world and you will often be required to skilfully multitask. As a member of a cross-site team, you should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, able to operate and coordinate across multiple teams, be flexible yet assertive, and thrive in a hectic and ever changing environment. This role is all about ensuring the executional success of operations management, while meeting the needs of the Global and Regional teams for Docs For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD$30.75 per hour. For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD$28.75 per hour.
