Job Description:
This Program Specialist will be a key member of the MBA Admissions team. focused on the admission cycle primarily for the Professional MBA formats. This position will be in a fast-paced customer-facing environment. This professional candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective students and the enrollment services team to ensure the smooth and fast processing of all applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with a minimum of four years of experience in program/project development or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Have a strong customer-centric style and enjoy working with candidates and fellow team members with a positive attitude.
+ Work closely with the Assistant Director to ensure schedules and workflow are managed timely along with proper coverage of candidate emails and phone calls.
+ Have excellent communication skills.
+ Have excellent Excel skills and a critical eye for detail.
+ Be capable of juggling multiple projects at once.
