The Program Supervisor will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation in
order to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT). The Program Supervisor will review and sign-off on at least 20% of MCORTS reports for quality assurance purposes. Will manage and supervise direct care staff, including regular supervision, managing schedules, and addressing any performance issues.
The 988 Program provides 24/7 mobile community outreach services to adults in crisis, including mental health, substance use, and suicidal emergencies. Staff dispatch to crises in teams of two, with a Crisis Response Specialist and a Peer Support Specialist, to provide assessment, risk assessment, safety planning, linkage to services, and follow-up care. The Program aims to provide crisis de-escalation without use of law enforcement unless necessary for consumer or team safety.
