NRVCS is looking for a Program Supervisor to join our REACH Team! The Program Supervisor III-REACH Team Lead, works with REACH management team to provide for overall management, supervision and program development of a REACH community-based team. Ensures the REACH Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with REACH services. Provides direct services to individuals served.

 

***$5,000 Sign on Bonus***

Starting Salary: $50,811-Depending on Experience

 

Education Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a bachelor's degree in a Virginia DMAS approved human services field, current enrollment in a clinical licensure track Master's program, and at least 5 years of experience working directly with individuals with DD/MH diagnoses is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. Current registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP-A or QMHP-C is required.
