Our programs provide a complement of services for most ages and needs. This continuum is designed to meet the complex needs of each individual and creates a continuum of services that are able to meet the needs of children, adults, and families through a continuum of services utilizing an integrated care model. We are dedicated to seeking new innovative solutions that help us provide needed services more efficiently while maintaining stable, sustainable growth. Title: Program Supervisor Salary: Starting at $75000 / annually depending upon education, experience, and licensure. The Program Supervisor will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation in order to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the MCORT teams. Expected to review and sign-off on at least 20% of MCORTS reports for quality assurance purposes. Expected to manage and supervise direct care staff, including regular supervision, managing schedules, and addressing any performance issues. Must possess a master’s degree in a mental health related field and will possess a clinical license (LPC, LCSW, etc) in addition to two years postmaster’s, full-time equivalent, professional experience in a psychiatric setting. The program supervisor must have at least one-year supervisory experience. Required to participate in CPR and First Aid training and required to perform techniques as needed. Required to complete annual Agency trainings, as well as job related trainings determined by position. Travel using agency vehicle required. Employee must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive and agency owned vehicle. 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams The program operates throughout Burlington County and Mercer County providing mobile crisis outreach response services for adults through the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. This includes providing immediate and timely crisis intervention services, providing de-escalation and stabilization services in the community, and working to prevent hospitalization and law enforcement intervention when possible. Services are provided in via mobile outreach services throughout the region utilizing teams of two staff to provide both crisis assessment and support.
