Our programs provide a complement of services for most ages and needs. This continuum is designed to meet the complex needs of each individual and creates a continuum of services that are able to meet the needs of children, adults, and families through a continuum of services utilizing an integrated care model. We are dedicated to seeking new innovative solutions that help us provide needed services more efficiently while maintaining stable, sustainable growth. Title: Program Supervisor Salary: Starting at $70000 / annually depending upon education, experience, and licensure. The duties of the Program Supervisor will include assisting the Program Director with overall supervision of the program including scheduling, covering shifts as needed, training, on-call coverage, and representing the program in the community as requested. Responsible for planning, developing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the program. Responsible for providing direct supervision of the consumers residing in respite settings and overseeing all support specialists. Completes chart audits to ensure electronic health records complies with agency and licensing standards. Manages discharge planning and follow-up care. Assist with staff meetings, meeting minutes, and maintaining training materials. Shares 24-hour on-call responsibilities with the Program Director. Utilizes SCM, CPR, and First Aid techniques as needed. Ensure completion of the comprehensive intake assessment and ongoing nursing assessments by appropriately licensed and credentialed staff; individual, group, and family counseling; Crisis Intervention Counseling; Explanation to consumer residents of their Page 35 of 63 rights and procedures in the event they are removed or discharged from the residence Clinical support for staff 24 hours a day. Minimum of three years of psychiatric nursing experience. A current license in New Jersey is required. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to multi-disciplinary staff. Employees must possess a valid driver’s license, and if duties require driving, be able to drive an agency-owned vehicle. Must be able to walk, run, lift, push, pull, and bend. Cognitive, verbal, and manual skills are necessary. Hearing and visual acuity are necessary; corrective devices are acceptable. Must be able to work under required deadline schedules, while being flexible to special requests and projects. Must be able to professionally handle stressful situations. Crisis Diversion Homes The program provides adults who have recently experienced a crisis working closely with the 988-crisis continuum. The program provides psychiatric stabilization and case management services in a residential setting to divert hospital admissions and emergency department visits. The targeted length of stay is less than 30 days.
