This position is responsible for maintaining Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services medical records, establishing tracking systems for clinical forms, processing documentation records for nursing, pharmacy, and nutrition, assisting in patient admission readiness and support, auditing/compiling clinical charts and continuous PHI regulatory compliance. This position provides primary coverage and/or back up triage for incoming calls to the pharmacy ministry.

Required Qualifications:
2 years - Experience with general medical office duties and processes.Preferred Qualifications:
Two years community college studies in applicable subjects such as health data services, health information technician, health information management, medical records, and/or protected health information (PHI). Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) - American Health Information Management Association upon hire. Medical records experience. Experience with office equipment and current technology including but not limited to computing, copying, scanning, faxing and indexing.Why Join Providence?
