Posting Summary Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Support Coordinator for the Office of Education Department within New Jersey Medical School.
The Program Support Coordinator Plans and directs systems analysis, design, and implementation of educational activities. Coordinates the development of new or substantial modification of existing data processing applications systems and their supporting methods and procedures.
Among the key duties of the position are the following: Develops and Coordinates accurate, timely compilation of data reports, spreadsheets and presentations as it relates to student performance, faculty teaching effectiveness, and the evaluation of courses and clerkships in support of the educational program objectives. Oversee editing and administration of internal examinations at the preclerkship level within ExamSoft, including creation of performance reports for individual students as well as provide longitudinal reports to course directors. Designs and/or develops specific databases for collection, tracking, and reporting of course evaluation data, specifically from learning management systems. Works closely with faculty and administrators to administer appropriate assessment tools to evaluate students, faculty, courses, and programs in NJMS. Tracks and addresses follow up concerns. Responsible for accurate and timely development, distribution, and collection of data from questionnaires and longitudinal surveys administered. Develop, document, update, and maintain analytical data files and databases. Position Status Full Time Hours Per Week Daily Work Shift Day Work Arrangement This position requires a fully on-site work arrangement.
